Day 19 was emotional but I think its just what I needed. I walked for about an hour and did 12 rounds on the track next to my home. Juice combinations & verdict: Romaine lettuce, celery, apple, carrot, radish Kinda bland today but okay. I only used 2 apples but 5 carrots. Celery, red pepper, tangerine & orange It was great going down as I drank it right after walking. Yum! Apple pear good
